ワインを飲み残したら、上からオリーブオイルを入れます。いろいろ保存器具が出ていますが、効果は長持ちしませんね。この方法だと殆どタダ。オリーブオイルでワインの表面に膜を作り空気に触れさせないようにするんです。飲む時は、日本手ぬぐいを二重に折って、コップに少し押し込むようにしてワインを注ぐと、オイルが手拭いに残り、ワインだけがコップに注がれます。
これはギリシャの地元で生活に知恵として使われている方法です。
　いらぬお金を使わず、試してみてください。
